Refund Policy

REFUND TERMS

 

- You can return your order within three days of the delivery date.

​

- The original parcel and packaging of the product must be intact. 

​

- Products with no packaging or invoice or damaged and mishandled products are not refundable.

​

- Please kindly send the delivery note and warranty document along with the returned item.

​

- If the reason for the return results from a defective product, we will cover the shipping fee. Otherwise, the customer will pay the fee of shipping.

REFUND DATE

​

- Once we approve your return, we will refund your product total amount within ten days of your return approval.

​

- For payments made by credit card, we refund the amount of money to your bank within seven days following your return approval.

​

- It can take an average of two to three weeks for the refund to be deposited it your credit card.

​

NOTES

 

- We apologize for rejecting returns for a period exceeding three business days of the purchase date.

​

- Once you receive your item, please inspect the quality of the product before the courier leaves the point of delivery.

​

- Please don't accept the packaging in case it's damaged, or if it does not include the invoice of your order inside your packaging.
 

Please contact the courier customer service and ensure they return the item to our office.

​

- If we invoice the product on behalf of a company, please send a return invoice issued by the same company.
