REFUND TERMS

 

- You can return your order within three days of the delivery date.

- The original parcel and packaging of the product must be intact. 

​

- Products with no packaging or damaged and mishandled products are not refundable.

​

- Please kindly send the delivery note and warranty document along with the returned item.

- We will cover the shipping fee of the reason for the return results from a defective product. In other cases, the customer will pay the shipping fee.

- If we invoice the product on behalf of a company, please send a return invoice issued by the same company.

DELIVERY TERMS

- We will fulfill approved orders to cargo within 2-7 business days.

- We will approve and confirm your order according to the availability of inventory and stock status.

- To confirm your order, please pay the total amount by credit card or a bank transaction.

The law requires you to show your identity card, passport, or driving license when picking your item from the cargo officer or store personnel.
