Shipping and Delivery

We partner with Aras Kargo for our product shipment.

We ship your order within three business days after your order confirmation and payment.

 

If you do not prefer to provide your personal address, please specify the nearest Aras cargo branch to receive your order.

Please kindly follow the following steps:

1. During placing your order, write your nearest speed ​​cargo address details, then processed the order.
 

2. Provide a mobile or land phone number for the courier to reach out to you.
 

3. Once the cargo arrives, you will receive a text notification to your phone number to receive your shipment.
 

Note: Please provide a valid phone number for unpaid shipments.

We apologize for not shipping unpaid orders with a blank or invalid phone number.

Time to delivery

The duration takes to receive your shipment will rely on the region of the province of your location.

​

- Delivery within one day: Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara (and provinces within 600 km of Istanbul).
 

- Delivery within two days: Adana, Antalya, Kayseri, Samsun (and provinces between 600 and 1,000 km from Istanbul).
 

- Delivery within three days: Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Rize, Van (provinces with a distance of 1000 km or more from Istanbul).
